When will each box be announced? 

Each box will be announced on the 26th of every month  

Can l cancel my order ? 

Due to all of our orders being pre-orders, we unfortunately do not offer any cancelations. Filling a chargeback or claim will result in the cancellation of your order and a ban from our website. 

Do you only do hardbacks and not paperbacks? 

At the moment we are only offering hardbacks alone. 

Do you use AI for anything, such as art prints, covers, etc?

We do NOT use AI and we do NOT plan to use AI in the future in anything involving the box. We are advocates for human-designed art only! 

What does each box come with?

Each box varies however when a box goes on sale, the merch that the box will come with will be announced. 

How many authors do you feature a month?

The number varies however we announce them on our Instagram page before each sale. 

Do you ship worldwide? 

Yes, we do. 

Is this box subscription-based? 

No, it is not.

What should you expect with each box?

  • Each box will come with the following :
  • Hardbacks with sprayed edges or endpaper 
  • Signed copies of books 
  • Merch (bookmarks, hoodies, mugs, character art, book sleeves etc) 
  • Books will have to foil on them. 

Do you do reprints? 

No we do not due to our books offering a certain level of exclusivity. 

How does your shipping process work? 

  • We ship worldwide! 
  • Shipping takes between 10 to 16 weeks however it is expected for that time period to shorten. 
  • Updates on delays will be posted regularly on our socials. 
  • A tracking number will be emailed to readers once their boxes have been shipped. 

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final!

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds unless a product arrives damaged and in that case, we advise you to reach us at helpdesk.endlesspages@yahoo.com

If a package was lost or stolen we advise you to reach out to your postal service provider as we do not have control over theft/lost products.

Damaged or Defective Books Policy

At Endless Pages BookBox, we take great care in packaging our books to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, we understand that mishaps can occur during shipping. Once your package has been handed over to the postal carrier, we are no longer liable for any damage that may occur in transit.

We will gladly replace items that meet the following damage criteria:

Qualifying Damage for Replacement:

Pages that are missing or torn  

Deep cuts or slashes across the cover  

Detached or split spine  

Water damage or severely warped pages  

Books with large rips, holes, or ink bleeding  

Edge/endpages printed upside down  

Damage that significantly affects the book's display or readability  

Packages confirmed lost by the shipping carrier

Non-Qualifying Issues (Not Eligible for Replacement):

Minor dents, dings, or creased corners that do not affect readability 

Light scratches or scuff marks

Torn or missing shrink wrap  

Color inconsistencies or slight misalignments in printing  

Misspellings on the cover or interior text  

Blurry stenciled edges

To request a replacement, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the damage. All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Please note:
- Secondhand purchases are not eligible for replacement.
- We are unable to offer replacements for damages reported after the 7-day window.
